1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or placing an order through FARO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to display accurate product information and prices. Prices are shown in Euros. Shipping is calculated from the selected route and cart value, and the shipping charge shown in Stripe checkout is the charge for that order. We may correct errors or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or availability mistake.

3. Orders and Payment

You must be signed in and provide valid private delivery details before checkout. Stripe processes the payment. FARO records the order after Stripe confirms payment; a tracking number may be added later when fulfilment dispatches the parcel. We reserve the right to limit quantities or reject an order we cannot fulfil.

4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Products are covered by any mandatory consumer rights and any manufacturer warranty that applies to the product. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. FARO is not responsible for indirect loss to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to operate alongside applicable Italian and European consumer law. Mandatory consumer protections remain in force. For questions about an order, contact support before escalating a dispute.
